By making a booking with us, The customer agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:

1. Read these Agency Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
2. Consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable, special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities).
3. Is over 18 years of age.
4. Accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.

Main terms and definitions

1. Transfer is a service that includes:
   • Waiting for the passengers by the transporter's representative at the agreed place until their arrival or expiry of the agreed waiting time,
   • meeting the passengers,
   • Escorting the passengers to the vehicle, accommodating of luggage in the vehicle,
   • taking passengers by vehicle to the determined point of destination.
2. Voucher means a document containing all the essential terms and conditions of our service and confirming payment for the service or specifying the payment procedure.
3. Order shall mean a request confirmed by both parties

Request execution terms

1. When executing a request via Our Service, you specify all necessary details assuming full liability for their correctness and authenticity. You shall also bear risks of non-receipt of the service under this offer (and/or receipt of an improper service) related to incomplete and incorrect information provided during the booking.
2. After processing your request, we may request to clarify some data. After receiving and clarifying data, we transfer the information to our team who takes the decision to perform the transfer under the specified conditions. A booking request shall be deemed to be an order after its acceptance by our team.
3. We accept the booking requests (taking into account any possible clarifications) at least:
   • 12 hours prior the transfer for the group 1 vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax),
   • 24 hours prior the transfer for the group 2 vehicles (Business, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax, Minibus 10+ pax,).
   • We are entitled to decline a request received at a later date.

Meeting Place and Time

1. The guest will meet on gate arrival , our driver will bring sign board under your name.
2. The period after the transfer start during which the transporter waits for the passengers at the meeting place without changes in the transfer cost (free waiting time) shall amount to 120 minutes for airports, more for time decided must be additional extra time.
3. If any Delay flight or change time must be info to our admin, if the time is different from booking , should be an extra charge pay to direct driver taking passengers by vehicle to the determined point of destination.
4. When executing a request for a transfer to an airport, we recommend to specify the starting time of the transfer taking into account the duration of the trip and a cushion time not less than 3 hours for the flight check-in.

Passenger no-show

1. The phone of the passenger stated in the booking request must be switched on and available for incoming calls at the moment of the transfer start, during the waiting time and until the meeting of the passenger with the transporter's representative
2. If the free waiting time lapsed and the passenger failed to appear at the meeting place stated in the voucher and failed to answer the incoming telephone call from us or from the transporter, the latter shall be entitled to refuse from the performance of the transfer and to leave the meeting place.

Transporter no-show

1. If the transporter fails to be present at the meeting place within the agreed time, you need to make a telephone call to the our Customer service
2. If the transporter's no-show is established, we shall refund for the money

Cancellation Policy

1. Our service base non refundable, after booked can not to be cancel.
2. For amend 2 days before arrival.

Booking

You must check all of the information which you provide us with at the time of booking to ensure it is correct, including the pick-up information.
Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately.

Payment

When you book transfer , the payment will collected in full at the time of booking, If full payment is not received when required, we will notify the cancel your booking.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees 5% charged by our payment processing partner and any tax, are non-refundable when you cancel your reservation.

Prices

We offering best price value, We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. but we can't guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.

Complaints

If any case , you can contact us by email to reservation@bookingfasttrack.com, If you wish to complain about any service we have provided to you (i.e. our booking service) then please contact us directly.
